Cinnamon with Honey and Lemon: Well most of us like to have honey and lemon water in the morning. Now what you have to do is add some cinnamon in it, just boil water with cinnamon stick or sprinkle cinnamon powder in it, squeeze lemon and add some honey. Cinnamon with coffee: This is also a great way of adding cinnamon in your coffee. If you love to drink coffee sprinkle some cinnamon on your coffee. You can cut down the amount of sugar in your coffee as cinnamon is also sweet in nature.
Cinnamon with juices: Cinnamon goes very well with apple juice, orange juice and carrot juice. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder in your juice and add good nutritional value in it.
Cinnamon with protein shakes: For gym freaks, cinnamon gives a great aroma to your protein shakes.
Cinnamon with you food: As we know there are lot of Indian dishes that you can add cinnamon to give a great flavor and taste. It is one of the best spice that we use in our cooking, so try to add cinnamon in you dishes to make them more flavorsome.
Cinnamon with smoothies: Cinnamon adds great taste when mixed with smoothie especially with banana oats smoothie. Add banana, one teaspoon of cinnamon, one cup of milk, half cup of yogurt, hand full of oats and sugar according to your taste blend them all and have it for breakfast.
