Cinnamon with juices: Cinnamon goes very well with apple juice, orange juice and carrot juice. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder in your juice and add good nutritional value to it.
Cinnamon with protein shakes: For gym freaks, cinnamon gives a great aroma to your protein shakes.
Cinnamon with your food: As we know there are a lot of Indian dishes that you can add cinnamon to give a great flavour and taste. It is one of the best spice that we use in our cooking, so try to add cinnamon in your dishes to make them more flavorsome.
Cinnamon with smoothies: Cinnamon adds great taste when mixed with smoothie especially with banana oats smoothie. Add banana, one teaspoon of cinnamon, one cup of milk, half cup of yoghurt, hand full of oats and sugar according to your taste blend them all and have it for breakfast.
As its essence is great you can easily mix it with anything, there are many other food items which you can add cinnamon.
