Pour 1.5 cups of milk little by little in it and stir constantly. If you want you can use a whisk to avoid any lumps in your sauce. Mix it for another 2-3 minutes and check the thickness of your sauce.

Reduce flame to low and add Chilli Flakes 1 tsp, Italian Seasoning 1 tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp and Salt to taste mix well. Add Sautéed veggies and pasta to it give it a good mix and turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving plate and if you want you can grate it with cheese and serve hot.
